Shipping policy

Because each of our dresses is handcrafted and made strictly to order, our fulfillment process looks a little different than standard retail. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Production and Processing Time

Important: Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

  • Every dress is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
  • Please allow 1 to 2weeks for our team to cut, sew, and perfect your garment before it is ready to be dispatched.
  • Once your dress is completed and passes our quality control check, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive a notification email with tracking information at this stage.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options once production is complete:

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather delays, holiday rushes, and carrier issues are outside of our control.

3. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

  • We ship Worldwide.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once a shipment reaches your destination country.
  • ZARISH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. The customer is fully responsible for paying any additional fees required for customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your custom dress ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the carrier's initial scan.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at hello@zarishstudios.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once we hand your package over to the carrier, ZARISH is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your dress arrives damaged due to rough transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and garment so we can assist you in finding a resolution.
