Thank you for choosing ZARISH! Because every dress is uniquely handcrafted and made specifically to order for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any made-to-order items.

Our Made-to-Order Process

  • Each dress goes into production specifically for your order.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or make changes to your order (such as a size update or color change), you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once that window has passed and production has begun, your order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and enforce strict quality control before shipping. However, if your dress arrives damaged due to transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us at hello@zarishstudios.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include repairing or replacing the garment at our discretion.
